  • Calumn has been a true inspiration in helping me lose over 14 kilos in five months. I now weigh around 51 kilos, the same as I was 20 years ago and it’s great to be back! I particularly like the 4 gym sessions he sets me each week - they are challenging but never impossible and I feel great after each one. Hoping to stay on track over the coming months with Calumn’s help and would recommend him to anyone requiring inspiration to get themselves to where they truly want to be 😀

  • Calumn is a fantastic coach / personal trainer / all-round positive and lovely guy. Having worked with another PT in the past, I've been pleasantly surprised with his sensitive and realistic approach to improving my health. I feel like he's genuinely invested in my wellbeing - not just in the Monday morning session we have 1-on-1, but also throughout the week.
