My name is Sam, I am slightly too obsessed with icing! My vision is to create the perfect centrepiece for your wedding, something you will look back on in years to come, memories of your perfect day. Some of you love the minimalism of cake with little decoration, maybe a single sugar flower, whilst others chose a cascade. Some like quirky and fun, and the more adventurous amongst you may want a skull or two! This is what I am passionate about, I don’t make a masterpiece for me, I create it for the most important couple in the world….you. It all starts from the humble beginnings of sugar, butter and flour, combined with love, care and attention to detail. Working with each couple, I create unique pieces of edible art work to remind you of the happiest day of your life. I love the creation of sugar flowers to adorn your cake which you can keep forever with careful storage. I also love to model figures, such as bride and grooms, through to larger more challenging pieces. I pride myself with a 5 star rating from the local Council, and I am fully insured. Based in North Kent, I am in an excellent position to deliver your wedding cake to many venues, whether they are large, small or anywhere in between. I always liaise with the venue, to remove any additional worry from you, ensuring your cake arrives safely and is set up exactly how and where you want it for your big day.
