Fantastic coffee beans, I get loads of compliments from my customers. Website is very easy to use and delivery is quick and always accurate. I also got my machine and grinder from caffe society, and the whole process was great. Paul was great when I met him at the showroom and was very knowledgeable. Overall a very positive experience. The sales team were incredibly patient with me while I dithered around over which machine to buy and were very generous with the machine & ingredients package I selected. The engineer was a little bit 'quiet' and I found that I had to ask a lot of questions and was a little apprehensive the first time I used the machine, but had to remind myself that the barista training was only supposed to be 'basic'.
