Cadgwith Canines

Betsy and I have just completed IMDT Grade 1 with Julie and Leah. Betsy was a very nervous, reactive rescue dog at the start of the course but just 6 weeks later she is so much more confident around the other dogs and their owners. We didn’t want the course to finish!

Maggie and I undertook a 1-1 Scent Training course. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, not only did we learn a new skill; Maggie’s confidence in different situations grew and our bond strengthened too. There has also been an improvement in her recall, we now do scent work out on our walks. Julie was patient and knowledgeable, absolutely highly recommend.

I have known Julie in a professional capacity for over 8 years. As a trainer and behaviourist it is always handy to have colleagues to chat to and discuss cases with, for a potentially different view point. Julie has a wealth of knowledge and skill and is always a great 'sounding' board. She uses only science based upto date training methods which means I am happy to seek her input and happy to recommend her.

Julie is an amazing trainer. She puts what matters first and that's the dog.
