They don't accept cash, customer service is poor they are difficult to reach by phone and take two working days to respond to emails. Websites and online accounts are not user friendly. However the music teachers themselves are good.

Rang the centre to raise a few concerns the lady was extreamly unhelpful and a little rude, a couple of lessons were cancelled and we were told that they would make up for them, this never happened

My daughter has been attending and enjoying the lessons and music groups run by Bury Music Service. Staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive. 😀👍

Music teachers from this music school will go to nearby schools to teach children a musical instrument. The teaching methods are very good. However these extra lessons are costly and most of the teachers like to pick Monday as a day to teach. With a few Mondays being bank holidays and teachers training days, the music teachers donot like to make up for time, you end up spending more than you think. Can't speak highly enough of the Music Service. My daughter spent many Saturdays over the best part of 8 or 9 years making great music and lifelong friends.
