Brilliant customer service and very helpful. I went into the shop needing a pram that day for work on Monday. Not only that, but I was looking for a single into double pram. The lady who served me was fantastic and very helpful. We left with a pram, which is everything I need to be able to work.

I hate leaving bad reviews on people business pages but wouldn’t recommend buying off these people ordered pram online with them waited a week and still didn’t receive anything so got in contact with them and they said it was out of stock so was getting a full refund this was about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a payment they said they PayPal was down and now anther week have gone by and now they won’t answer our emails

We had such a lovely experience at Bumps and Babes! Andrea was amazing and is the loveliest lady ever and made our experience buying our pram so nice. As this is our first time it can be quite scary and nerve wracking making decisions but we were so grateful for Andrea and all her help!

Brilliant customer service and great value for money. Was very helpful when we went to chose furniture, moses basket, pram and car seat. Some great bundle offers and a good selection to chose from. Highly recommend and good to support local buisnesses.

I went in the store for advice on a car seat for my nephew, I was given demos and really good advice on the correct seat I needed for my vehicle. The lady that helped me couldn't do enough for me and was very knowledgable about the products in on sale. She fit the isofix base, making sure all was fit correctly and safe. The customer service I received was excellent, she went above and beyond, explaining everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely return again.
