  • First of all I’m quite sure that in summer this will offer a different proposition. However, I will never know as I’ll not book again. I played in November 2022 and it was very muddy, the fairways were long, and tee boxes like a Sunday league penalty box. I couldn’t find the 15,16 & 17th Tee’s as the signage was missing. The greens were okay.

  • £16 a round is a little steep for the poor condition that the course is in. It seems they're doing something to improve it but its needs the drainage sorting massively. The whole place is water logged with even a small pond on one of the greens. It's nicely laid out.... if you can find your way around! Had I had not been playing with someone familiar to the course I would have definitely got lost, it needs more signage and directions putting up with clear paths for the carts. Tees could rea...

  • Booked to play 18 holes this morning but weather said otherwise. Turned up this afternoon and played 9, at no extra cost. A lot of clubs need to take note. Another warm welcome in Notts 👏👏👏

  • This is a beautiful park with golf course and lake and a great cafe open to all. Staff are very welcoming with very reasonable prices for meals or snacks. Love it

  • The new owner is definitely trying his best to turn around a once classic course that was used for landfill to "improve" condition by Jack Barker Golf. You can still see that this once prestige course has certain parts left. Fairways have improved rough was acceptable bunkers were being worked on but the greens were at best poor. It can be an enjoyable round especially for "new" players who might not be as quick as more established players. Price wise it offers good value both golf and cater...
