  • What I like about Mike is his professionalism and positive attitude. He is really supportive and knowledgeable around the goals set, whatever they are. I d approached Mike with the intention to get back on track for my weight loss journey and I felt confident to be able to carry on with the routines he had taught me after 10 classes. I still keep in touch when I reach each set goal. Would definitely recommend him.

  • From the initial thorough assessment and consultation to the well considered bespoke exercise programmes Mike's approach is like no other I've experienced. Combining progressively challenging workouts with Pilates is spot on. You know you've done the work but your flexibility, core strength and posture is improving so after the session you're stretched and recovered and ready to face the day. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to get the best out of the time they spend in the gym.
