Fantastic people, and excellent facilities to sail. There’s help for learners with great training, and sport for experts, with races up to 3 days a week.

Budworth is a warm, friendly and active sailing club with members from +8yrs to 80yrs+ . They have regular racing on Wednesday, Saturday and Sundays with other nights for dedicated Raceboard racing too. I learn to sail at Budworth which is also a RYA training centre, so you know you are getting top quality coaching. Great day out, friendly environment for all the family

Great club, with fantastic people and surprisingly tranquil countryside feel, you would never guess it is 30 minutes drive from Manchester! Spending a day here feels like a mini holiday.

Visited today 8th June for the border counties mid week series, very welcoming and great racing in very challenging shifty wind. Well done to everyone involved in makin it a great day.
