  • I can’t recommend these classes or the lovely Rachel enough. I started going to classes when my little girl was just over 5 weeks old and I still look forward to them now and she is 7 and half months. All the mums are great to chat to And the classes themselves are fantastic. Rachel is super and all the babies absolute adore her. To be honest I’d like it if my little girl looked at me during a class for a change. Book in a trial and see for yourself- you won’t be sorry :)

  • Can't recommend this class enough, Rachel is lovely and my little boy is still loving it at 14 months. Massage is a wonderful way to connect with your baby especially if, like me, you had post natal depression and then the older class is amazing in their development plus it's nice to have a cuppa and watch your little one interact and develop :) xxx

  • We love these classes! We started in the massage class when Lyra was 8 weeks old and have loved the bonding over massages and also baby yoga. Now she is 8 months old and loves the older class making friends, learning through play and doing yoga! It has been a great way to meet new people and know we are not alone! Rachel has been an amazing instructor and would highly recommend!

  • My Son and I have been going to Buddha Buddies every Tuesday for Baby yoga and massage. My son really enjoys the yoga and massage. My son really didn't like tummy time much but quite enjoys it now as we do this in the class. Rachel is a great teacher making everyone feel welcome in her classes. I really value afterwards as get a chance to talk with other mum's over a cuppa. Thanks Rachel for a great class.

  • Me and my son loved baby yoga classes at Buddha Buddies. Rachel is a wonderful teacher who makes the classes exciting each week with different themes and is always happy an friendly. My son got so much out of his classes and I loved seeing him smile and giggle throughout the session.
