  • The Ladies Who Lift workshop was SO much fun! There was so much encouragement and cheerleading from everyone that attended, no matter their fitness level or experience with lifting weights. Ben was amazing at giving personalised guidance for all of the main lifts, plus warm up/mobility tips that have served me well ever since the workshop. Highly recommend The Commando Temple - its not the scary man cave you might think it is 😁

  • Ben is a wonderful trainer. He's really knowledgeable and encouraging, he makes you feel like you're the strongest person in the room. I've improved my technique so much thanks to him! He has given me the confidence to go to the gym by myself: I've gone from training at home a couple of times a week because I felt insecure to going to the gym five days a week! I always send him videos when I train to double check my alignment and he's always happy to reply and point out what's good about it...
