Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do with JKD London (Sifu Lak Loi)

I have been training twice a week for 2 years at JKD London. Lak Loi provides excellent value in training Jeet Kune Do and Martial Mind Power. I thoroughly enjoy the training, events and seminars organized by Lak. Lak and his students are friendly, warm and welcoming at each training session. I highly recommend for you to consider to join if you are interested training and elevating your mind and body! The venue, Gymbox is excellent!

Lak Loi is a great trainer, first and foremost. I only spent a small time, unfortunately due to other commitments, with lak but as a teacher myself I was very impressed with lak'd engaging methods of teaching, his down to earth approach and willingness to explain the fundamentals in detail, and in a very digestible way.
