Broome Park Hotel

We visited with friends for a TravelZoo Two Night Break which included Afternoon Tea, G&T, and Breakfast. Hotel is set in magnificent grounds and has a historic background, full of character. Our room although dated and definitely in need of some TLC was spacious and perfectly suitable for the break, our room was called Sudan. This is hands down the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Dom on reception as I arrived was an absolute delight. A warm friend welcome from the outset, which is surprising uncommon from alot of hotels! Stunningly beautiful buildings and grounds. Beautiful building. Staff were friendly. Room was huge (Charles ll) and was perfect for a family of 4. We had gorgeous views of the grounds. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the restaurant was so cold! Yes it was ridiculously cold that weekend but we had to wear our coats during dinner and the kids were shivering!

We had our wedding here, beautiful location and the staff were second to none. They couldn't have been more helpful an accommodating. A special mention to Dominic and Molly on the day. The whole day went really well and we had a first class service. Would definitely recommend. A stunning listed building and the food was amazing.

We had afternoon tea here and the food was fantastic and well worth the money. The ambience was also lovely with a light and airy room which felt like a small bit of luxury. The staff were attentive and friendly.
