  • I’ve been with Brodie for nearly 4 years now. As a fitness fanatic I was sceptical about using a PT, but Brodie has taken my fitness to a new level. He’s extremely knowledgeable and scientific in his approach and he took the time to identify the best ways to improve fitness and performance for me personally, all while explaining in it great detail.
