Great shop, low prices (and they sell bundles as well!) and really fast shipping (2 days)

Snooty female staff member(I assumed manager/supervisor). Instead of just politely saying that they didn’t stock what I asked for, she belittled and patronised me. Upsetting and extremely discouraging as a beginner looking to learn an instrument. Tried to shop in this independent business but will have to just purchase from amazon to avoid this staff members judgemental attitude.

Really impressed with this shop. We took a clarinet in for an estimate on having it serviced. Unfortunately it was beyond the further investment. We were not pressurised into making a further purchase and there was no charge for their time. Truly an example of excellent service. Thank you

I first visited the shop with an initial enquiry about a guitar for my nephew. Jake took a lot of time to find out what I was looking for and why then explain the range and options on offer. He was obviously very knowledgeable around the subject, and his passion for guitars was very evident. I was so impressed with my experience I visited again a week later and bought a guitar. It's great to find a business that has such friendly and attentive customer service and I would highly recommend them.
