Excellent value fishing for those who like traditional sport. Lots of choice. As for the reviewer who gave this club a one star on the basis that waters like the canal are weedy and not platformed? Well, that's the exact reason a lot of us love these waters! You really can't whack the ticket for value. My one nit pick would be that it would make life way easier if day and season tickets were available online- but it's still a great value club with a lot of water.

Bought a 2 rod seniors permit with a view to fishing the canal with my grandson. Small, shallow, fishable with a good prospect of catching something fairly easily. Unfortunately, the bank is almost totally inaccessible due to the reed growth. New platforms are for boat access only. Why have I paid out??
