Absolutely love this place! If u want to train hard, get results whilst enjoying every minute of ur workout experience and leaving with the feeling of wanting go back every time then is the place to go. Bree and Aoife are the best instructors u could find. So motivational and inspirational. They push u to ur limits and get the best out of u because they always give their best. Fantastic atmosphere and yes it really does feel like a wee fitness family home! Love it!
