  • Kirsty's kettle bell class is excellent!! She's a great instructor and everyone who attends thoroughly enjoys the class. It's a fabulous workout for all ages. I would definitely recommend this class.

  • Kirsty has been ny personal trainer for nearly 2 years now. She is professional and friendly. She plans motivating sessions that are so much fun but planned around my fitness goals and needs. I have noticed a real difference in my physical health and confidence and I lool forward to her sessions ever week. She is not just a personal trainer now, she is also a friend. I would highly recommend her.

  • Kirsty has the most amazing energy which shines in everything she does. I can recommend her classes 100 % Always fun, always hard work, always results, friends made. Kirsty puts so much effort into organising social events for us which are always great fun, with the added benefit of raising money for community projects and charities. Hats off to you Kirsty you should be so proud of Braveheart
