I feel like all staff are very well trained to understand the complexity of the residents conditions and we have an amazing team to care for our residents. Management is very approachable and open to new ideas and supportive in training and furthering your career within the company.

My wife, Alicia, has been working here for a while now and she is very impressed at how caring everyone is. The residents are very well looked after and her training is very good. All the management and staff are great. She says it is a great place to work.

My daughter Fiona Moyie's spent the last ten months of her life there, five years ago, I spent most of that time staying with her sitting by her bed. Her carer Amey, and nurse Heather were a god send, the only fault that I could find was in the lack of interest displayed by the then Manager. The ground floor staff seemed to hang around the Admin;office more than what was necessary.

having worked in care for over 30yrs I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever worked. every service user is recognised as an individual and their care delivery is tailored to reflect their needs and wishes. The management are really approachable and will listen to us and help us when our home life overlaps and we need to adjust our rotas.
