Went down to the wellness branch after feeling a little under the weather last week. I told the staff down there on how I was feeling and they was quick to advise on what I should be treated on. One of the facilities they advised was the infrared sauna. Unbelievable experience left the place feeling like a new person. Very clean place to say it is such a huge area to cover. Will definitely be attending again next time in run down! Highly recommend

Amazing facilities, I have never seen some of the new technologies used, and can i just say.....WOW!!! The therapies available to children also another winner for me. Absolutely loved the garden of Eden ❤ Thankyou for such an Amazing experience, we will deffo be back.
