A Warm Welcome to Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) Thank you for taking the time to find out about BDAT. We are a Bradford based Multi-Academy Trust, a charity and company limited by guarantee, set up in 2012 to support and sponsor primary and secondary schools across our city. BDAT is primarily a family of schools, working together to make sure every child within our care, gets the absolute best education we can deliver. We are also a Trust which works hard to be an employer of choice – we know we can’t have great schools without great staff and we work very hard to recruit, retain and develop our people to be the best they can be. In Autumn 2021 we launched our sister website BDAT People, setting out our CPD offer for all our existing staff and those who may wish to join us.
