Boxing Evolution

We used matt from boxing evolution for our son and he was incredibly patient and good fun. Highly recommended

This is the place to be to get fit and in shape , boxing evolution is the way forward if you want to get fitter and stronger physically and mentally , can’t fault Luke and the staff in this gym friendly atmosphere, Matt flavell is our personal trainer at the gym and can not recommend him highly enough !!
