Bowood Park Hotel & Golf Club

Have visited often to play golf or have dinner and drinks. Spotless and always a very warm Welcome. Stayed for the night this time. Room had everything we needed and more (toiletries, coffee machine, plenty of tea/coffee, hairdryer, biscuits!) Dinner was fab and good value and breakfast out of this world. Staff are charming and so helpful. Brilliant price in my opinion too. Esp if you’re here on a golf deal. Thank you!

Brilliant as always, staff second to none, we're booked again for later in the year and march next year.

Couldn't have been better. Accommodation, Food and Staff all excellent. Will be returning for same next year.

Really enjoyable day at Bowood, beginning with a helpful and friendly member of staff in the Pro Shop who organised a buggy for us. Nice coffee, then out onto the course. Pleased we had the buggy as it is quite undulating, but great to play, with some really challenging holes - wish we'd purchased a course planner for a few of them especially the 13th (where you can't see the green until you are parallel with it). And the course was in great condition. A joy to play. Thankyou.

Great golfing destination with 18 varied holes including some incredibly tough par 5's, but don't let that put you off. It's a fair challenge in the rolling countryside. Basic but comfortable clubhouse with bedrooms but entirely adequate. Very good food & friendly staff. We've been on deals 3 times now & booked again for next year.
