Bournemouth Kimura Shukokai

After training almost 20 years ago i have finally managed to get back to my old club. Sensei Colin (5th Dan) creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to all ages and invites any style to come and train. I always look forward to training as we learn something new each week and i now feel my technique is becoming stronger and my speed and power has encreased dramatically.
