    I love going to Nathan's exercise every Saturday morning. Mixed ability class, supportive environment a good mix of strength and fitness exercises. Nathan and Sam are friendly and helpful - and not at all "shouty"! I would thoroughly recommend for anyone!

  • I’ve just started Nathan’s Saturday bootcamp classes and the Thursday strength training and highly recommend. The classes are very dynamic and suitable for all abilities from beginners to more frequent gym-goers. From my first class Nathan was really welcoming and it was great to meet other people from the local area, I’ve already roped in more of my friends to join for next time!

Small mixed classes on the common with a well planned circuit of different with exercises and weights to really work the whole body, and little bit of boxing thrown in as well. Both Nathan and Sam have worked hard to make sure we all get the very best out of our sessions. Well done!

He focuses on technique and quality, explaining what each exercise does and how it helps you work towards strength, weight loss or other fitness goals.
