  • I started training with Beth in 2020. Three years of cancer treatment had left me tired and weak. I am fortunate that she is able to visit me most weeks for a one to one session. • As a blood cancer patient I really became quite immobile last winter. Since the spring of 2022 Beth has been giving me one on one sessions.
