I booked my course here I payed 160£ and I couldn’t attend once because I wasn’t well so I rebooked and I pay extra fee 50£ and I couldn’t get again because of strike of trains i asked for a refound cause I was no longer wanted to do it with them and they don’t do refunds…210£ for nothing…

Very friendly & helpful. Unusually these days to find a company whose staff actually do what they say when they say. Searching online for training for new staff was proving to be so time consuming - the experts at BMC helped us cut through all the clutter.

I took a health and safety course on February 19, since then it has been a month and I still haven't got a certificate. The lady on the helpline says the expectation for an ertification for 4 to 6 weeks (as I called 2 weeks ago, he said in up to 4 weeks). I feel robbed, I can't get my ECS card, I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Do not use this company! My partner completed his test online and submitted, he then got an email stating there was no footage of him doing the course and we had to pay another £75+ vat for a resit! His camera was on the whole time so this is clearly an issue the other end! The instructions were extremely poor too and after debating this with them we were offered a reduced rate fee of £45+ Vat to resit! Would rather pay another provider £200 and do the course again than pay this company! Abso...

I have been working with the team at Book My Course for over 4 years now. The team have been first class in providing us as a centre a great flow of candidates. They are efficient and ensure all requirements have been met prior to contacting me for any bookings. I have dealth with many brokers over the years but, Book My Course are by far the best we have encountered.
