  • Reluctantly agreed to start PT sessions with my daughter's earlier this year, we were all a bit wary and I was unfit and worried about a previous problem with my back.   • I’ve been working out for years through various group classes and had been looking to invest in some PT sessions to refocus my training, check my technique and challenge me further. Luke was recommended to me and I’ve been really impressed. He really knows his stuff, focuses the workout based on your goals and pushes you hard. Would 100% recommend.

  • Started coming to luke at the beginning of the year and have been back every week since! He’s such a friendly person to be around great with me my sister and mum all at different levels and pushes us every week! Have notice such a difference in my body since coming, so much stronger then when I started.
