  • I attended my first Body line Fitness camp in May with a goal of losing a stone and getting more toned. The weekend set in motion a change in my life style. I have Richard as a personal trainer once a week and I cook every day with a focus on healthy eating. Its taken until September but it's been the easiest way to lose a stone I have ever experienced , and I have enjoyed it. Thank you Body Line Fitness, and Sarah for dragging me along when I wasn't enthusiastic. Great results.

  • After not exercising for a while following a back injury, I needed motivation to get back into it. Not only is Bodyline fantastic value for money, but the trainers here are brilliant - I've worked with two different ones and both were by far the best trainers I've had, which says something as I have previously paid a lot of money for trainers that were supposed to be really good.   • I attended a Bodyline Studios Boot Camp in June 2015 and it was brilliant. The days were well planned with a mix of healthy food, exercise and fitness advice. Although I knew I was working hard, the hours slipped by, as it was such good fun and the trainers, and other participants, were so enthusiastic. The results were amazing too, in just a couple of days. I do not live near the studio so I can’t use their regular facilities but I will definitely be attending their Boot Camps in the futur...

  • I started training at Bodyline Fitness 3 months ago and am staggered that I'm still attending! Bodyline Fitness is small and friendly, I approached with intrepidation as I'm not a gym lover at all but I have found myself really motivated to continue not only at Bodyline but to embark in other fitness activities too and have found that Roy's honest and simple advice has really resonated. I highly recommend going particularly if you are like me - busy mum, never any time for yourself..... well...

  • Bodyline is great fun and I've found it easy to stick to a routine with the support of Roy and Anna. Other trainers also help out so that you never have an excuse to skip a session. Bodyline is a small gym with a really friendly atmosphere so I look forward to going.Each week is different so I never get in a rut with training. Brilliant.
