  • Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I've been working with Luke for the past 9 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. A great place to start if you're nervous or intimdated by big gyms, showing you the correct techniques to safely lift and activate the right muscles.   • Brilliant! Kate really knows what I need and she knows my personal situation and accommodates that into my programme. Easy going and full of encouragement and support. I workout at home and Kate has programmed my sessions for the equipment I have available. Although Kate is my on line PT, Luke is always there for tips and tutorials via Instagram.
