  • I look forward to attending Susannah’s weekly class. Not only do I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, I’ve also gently worked my body using the yoga tune-up balls. This has given me a greater range of movement and flexibility. Susannah Is knowledgable with the workings of the body and I feel my mind, body unwind within the class.
