This is a fully inclusive, HAES aligned fitness membership. The focus is on celebrating your here and now body.We are proud to be fully size inclusive, with Founder and Head Coach Kim Stacey, a specially trained size – inclusive fitness professional. Body Image Fitness is an online and in person safe space for ALL folks that would like to escape diet culture. It is for folks that would like to feel good about themselves away from the shame that traditional fitness spaces come with. My aim is build the relationship you have with yourself and with exercise, to enable you to make peace with your body. I work with an Anti Diet and Health at Every Size approach.
