  • Having emigrated during COVID from South Africa, and losing my exercise momentum just before that thanks to long working hours seconded to the USA, I needed a change. Not sure how or why (Google engineers probably know) but Body Fitness popped up on my FYP. The timing could not have been better as I was in a slump looking for something like this, targeting people of my age, capabilities (or lack thereof 😊) and not overly commercialised.   • Body Fitness Camp was recommended to me by my Physio so I joined the 6 week programme and for the first time in my life I’m actually enjoying exercise. I have now completed my 6 weeks and have signed up to a permanent membership! The BFC team are absolutely amazing and really supportive. The sessions are varied and the group atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend BFC to anyone who doesn’t enjoy or feel confident exercising on their own or in a gym.

  • Body Fitness camp has been quite transformative for me. I have been going to 3 sessions a week for about 6-7 weeks, I have lost just over a stone and dropped a notch on the belt. Mentally feeling significantly more energized and motivated. Trainers Mark and Matty are very professional and everyone is extremely supportive. The sessions are varied and fun and are a highlight of my day. There are a real mix of ages and sizes, if you are thinking of coming along I would highly recommend it.

  • I would highly recommend Body Fitness Camp. The group is so welcoming and friendly, lots of fun and supportive in every way. The schedule is amazing - I can plan 4 sessions into a busy week. Each session is different - you cannot get bored. The team have helped me to get my fitness back and are just "there" for support with my goals and nutrition and lots and lots of encouragement. This is definitely a great place to be.

  • So pleased I found Body Fitness Camp! I can't fault it. I had always struggled to stick to an exercise routine in the past. Having tried gyms, running solo, cycling, I could never find the energy or motivation to stick to regularly doing it 3 times a week or continue long term.
