  • I have had Sue as my personal trainer now for nearly 4 years. It started when my children were younger and I needed to get back to being fit, healthy and dedicating some time for me.   • We needed to improve agility and core strength and Susan designed a weekly regime that has led to a noticeable and continuous improvement for both of us. She skilfully constructs the sessions so that they push us just enough and above all they are fun. I do not attend a gym and for me this more effective and enjoyable. My wife does attend a gym but she finds it an invaluable addition. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try.
