  • Working 1:1 with Jesse has been a gift that’s helped connect me back with my body, giving me confidence and a belief in myself and my relationship with exercise. She’s super experienced, encouraging and knowledgable and our sessions are such fun and varied.   • Ive really enjoyed doing PT sessions with Jesse ( at her home gym). I had no previous experience of working with weights, but have learnt loads from Jesse. We did a good variety of exercises every week to keep things interesting and I also feel I can replicate these at home in my own time. We also spoke about daily eating habits and she provided advice around eating more substantially to ward off hunger and snacking etc. a really worthwhile supportive experience. Thanks Jesse

  • I started training with Jesse in September 2020. I really enjoy all my sessions with Jesse because she makes them so varied and interesting.
