  • I've tried every kind of workout from countless gym memberships, online workouts, personal trainers... but none of them have given me the results that BMF has. The workouts are demanding, the trainers push you hard w/ the right amount of rigorous direction... spliced in w/ a little dose of humour. If you're a beginner like I was when I joined almost 5 years ago, don't be intimidated - there are levels for everyone and you'll be amazed at the rewards.

  • Fantastic workouts. Every session is different and the instructors are excellent and manage all abilities well. Being outside makes the classes so much better than working out in a gym, whatever the weather! The classes are a great mix of body weight exercises and running. The classes are all really friendly too with regular socials. Would highly recommend!

  • I joined BMF almost two years ago- one of the best decisions I have ever made. There is a strong team spirit in BMF, you can get to know people easily and workout together. The workouts themselves push you beyond your limit, always learning a new move and strengthening your body in ways you didn’t know were possible. The instructors passion for fitness is inspiring, fully dedicated to what they do, they encourage you to challenge yourself whilst having fun at the same time.

  • If you love a burpee & dream of doing duck walks, this is the place for you! No seriously, I've been doing BMF here for years, made some good friends galloping around the common in all weathers. It's the best workout you can get and it's very good value for money. Keep fit and have fun with a varied bunch of people, I'd recommend to anyone.

  • BMF at Clapham is fantastic and I would recommend everyone to join regardless of ability, age or prior experience. It is hard work but a lot of fun, it's the best return on calories burnt to time exercising too! The instructors are very friendly and host varied/interesting classes.
