I would like to say to anyone who is thinking of joining blush just do it. You will never look back. I have had the pleasure of being trained by Bex the boss lady in both pole dance and heels. Not only have a gained confidence in my own ability, been able to create a space for myself and leaving all the stresses of work, family life behind and focusing on yourself for a hour. You will join a team of women who support women. I have witnessed several women gain confidence, make friends for life...

Blush Dance is a fabulous studio with a warm, safe and friendly environment. Their professional instructors are all highly knowledgable and skilled and very supportive to students.

Blush has been a friendly and encouraging place to learn aerial skills, even when you're self conscious and lacking in confidence. The instructors are so talented at what they do and full of smiles ☺️ and the chance to perform in the showcase every year is great too!

A brilliant place to learn aerial skills from beginner all the way up to certified instructor training. The blush staff are encouraging, patient and friendly. Broadstone is a great venue with onsite cafe, shops and free parking.
