Blue Ridge

Very worthwhile classes with Joe. We learned a lot and Smudge our miniature poodle has thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of scentwork. Joe has given us lots of ideas to keep Smudge engaged and calm!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC DOG TRAINING!! I have two cockapoos and both are doing amazing in Stuart and joes classes. Couldn't recommend Blue Ridge enough, the trainers are fantastic and you can really tell they understand each breed perfectly. Given you advice on things to work on during class and at home/on walks etc. I took my dachshund when he was 18 months so the training took longer to come together than other dogs but they stuck with me (and Milo) and would give me little steps to work on to help get Milo where we wanted him to be. I cannot thank blue ridge academy enough for the guidance and training provided during all classes. We joined the weekly classes (recommended by a friend) when my boder collie was 13 weeks old and every week I see amazing progress, he loves going to classes. Both trainers are highly knowledgeable. I attend puppy classes weekly with my spaniel. The classes are always enjoyable and well organized. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any queries/questions. I have also had a one to one session to help me with recall. This has taught me how to succesfully recall my dog, particularly when there are lots of distractions and has given me confidence to let my dog off the lead. I would highly recommend this dog training school.
