Shocking! Complete rudeness from the lady who answered the phone. Refused to provide me her name after she hung up the phone to me. I called back again to speak to someone else but apparently there is no one else. Went on to ask if I am the 'Health Care Police'? as I am trying to attain a reference for an ex employee I have bene chasing for a month. I was told I have to wait another 3 weeks as the manger is away!!!!
