  • I’ve been attending classes for 6 months now and it’s my favourite evening of the week! I went in without much idea of how to start and Sarah is fantastic at explaining every pose. I definitely feel much more relaxed entering my weeks, and overall much more fulfilled mindfully. I’d recommend Sarah to anybody who wants to start Yoga at any level, I’ve felt comfortable from the get go. Thank you 🙏🏻 😊

I booked the 6 week course and missed the last session as our little girl arrived early on 07/02/2023 🥰 Sarah has a fantastic approach to delivering the yoga sessions and they’re easily accessible for all ability levels.   • I found Sarah’s yoga classes about 9 months ago now and enjoyed every week. Classes are always varied and bring a new experience each week. I find them particularly good as my flexibility isn’t what it used to be, but this class enables me to work within my own boundaries, but still never feeling awkward about this.

  • I have practised yoga for well over 40 years and I can honestly say Sarah is the best teacher I have had. She is so very experienced and enthusiastic, it is a delight to be in her class.   • I started pregnancy yoga with Sarah approximately 16 weeks in to my pregnancy having never done yoga before- I cannot recommend enough! Such a relaxing, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Also great way to meet lots of other mommas to be. I enjoyed my pregnancy journey so much so that now I have continued in the beginners yoga group- also just as great!
