We believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to try one of our classes for FREE, so we’re offering you a FREE Kickboxing workout trial lesson first so you can come down, have a go and experience the thrill of a proper kickboxing class without it actually costing you anything. In your lesson, we will take you through a warm up to include some full body conditioning drills as well as some basic stretching. Thereafter we will partner you up with another student if you come alone, or you can work together if you bring a friend, and we’ll take you through some simple kickboxing drills that you will then practice in turn on focus pads, kicking shields or punch bags (all supplied). This will be a non-contact training session.
