  • Highly recommend Blast fitness! I’ve been training with Matt for just over 2 months and seen fantastic results. The sessions are never dull and the hour flies by. Expect to leave dripping in sweat but feeling stronger!

  • I joined Blast in January, to help me prepare for the London Marathon. I am no athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but i'm seeing real gains already. I love being part of the group too, and you get to meet lovely people, and make genuine friends who all motivate each other. I'd highly recommend Blast to anyone - Matt is excellent and makes a tailor made programme for you and every session is different.

  • Whenever I see an ad for a QUICK solution to fitness and/or weight loss, I wish I could reach out to all the people who are tempted to try, and say: Fitness is not something you can do once (or twice, or for a couple of weeks), get results and walk away.   • Done a few sessions so far and I am pleased with the training and progress. The class atmosphere is very welcoming and open to all levels. It’s all about training to become stronger, fitter, better; not just slimmer or more muscly.And Matt is excellent trainer.

  • I’ve been training with Matt and Blast Fit for over 3 months now and have really enjoyed the sessions. Each session is different, challenging and surprisingly enjoyable! I’ve seen some great results month on month, both physically (with a noticeable increase in my strength and cardio ability) and mentally.
