  • Very wet under foot, 3 greens not in play. Didn't think it was worth the fees.

  • Good parkland course with tight tree lined fairways, good greens some long holes. Played in strong wind, difficult.

  • Course in great condition. One exemption though. Golfers who go in bunkers should rake them on leaving! Shocking really, but really liked the redesigned par 3s. Will definitely return.

  • The car park is a little tight and could do with cleaning and lines repainted. The club shop is probably one of the best golf club shops I've visited in terms of the amount of variety of brands and products. The driving range is fairly standard although there are no bags allowed on the range but there are no club stands neither which means I'm concerned about someone brushing past and knocking a few hundred quids worth of clubs over.   • Absolutely stunning golf course in brilliant condition. Very picturesque and down near the river lined parts the smell of various wild flowers added to the occasion. Challenging course without being a card wrecker. Plus... it'll always be the first course where I didn't lose a single ball!
