A warm, friendly atmosphere, everyone is made to feel welcome, trained with them myself 23 years ago, now my son is training there.

Absolutely amazing. Owen is fantastic and really does work at your pace. There is no pressure to do anything that you don't want to do. I enjoy going there very much.

I've been training at this gym for over 2 years now and it the best kickboxing gym I've been to hands down. I've met some brilliant new people, they are like brothers to me. No bravado whatsoever, a well run gym with lots of respect for each other. If you want a good workout and have fun doing it, then this is the place to be.

Someone who is willing to drive dangerously and aggressively in a car with children on board that is covered in signwriting advertising a club primarily for children isn't the sort of person you would want to put your children into the care of. It doesn't take a genius to think that if you're using your car as an advertising tool you ought to drive in a responsible way for the sake of your image at least.
