While I haven't been to Black Cactus as a musician (yet), I've been over to work on live streamed video, working alongside AJ, so I have a pretty decent feel for the studios. AJ has put a lot of effort into the acoustics of the rooms - the downstairs room in particular has a great sound for drums and the room on the middle floor sounds great with a band in it.
