  • Birthwise classes prepare you for birth and those precious first moments with baby like no online course or book can. I used the active birth techniques, to birth all three of my babies and feel fortunate to have had three positive, natural birth experiences.   • Absolutely brilliant pregnancy class. Karin is wonderful. I felt so welcome and supported and really enjoyed the gentle yoga. Lovely to have some time to really focus on my baby and enjoy my pregnancy. Helped me feel so prepared for birth, and gave me a lot of confidence in my decision making and my ability to cope with labour.
