  • I did pregnancy yoga and a hypnobirthing course with Dani, and I thoroughly enjoyed both. I had such a positive experience being pregnant and doing weekly yoga had a lot to do with this. I have made some lovely friends from these courses too, which has been an added bonus. Dani is really kind and knowledgeable, and I felt empowered going into labour as a result of both the yoga and the hypnobirthing. I feel like I gained a lot from both courses, and I would absolutely recommend them.

  • Absolutely lovely yoga classes with Dani! I joined to meet some other local mums and to try and keep up some kind of movement while I was pregnant, and it was a lovely, friendly environment with loads of really helpful tips for labour and pregnancy. Highly recommend joining her classes!

  • A wonderful experience! I had never done yoga before, once I was pregnant I suffered with back pain and really wanted to meet other mums in the area as this was my first baby. Dani was so lovely and knowledgeable, Each session showed different techniques for labour and breathing exercises which helped so much in my birth experience. Would definitely recommend!

Not only were the sessions a perfect opportunity to concentrate on yourself and your baby, they were informative and I learned so much about birth.   • I completed a 6 week course of pregnancy yoga with Danielle towards the end of my pregnancy. The sessions were laid back and relaxed, and were just what I needed to stretch and relax, as well as meet other local mums-to-be. I also learnt some useful hypnobirthing and breathing techniques during the sessions that I relied on during labour and were really helpful!
