My partner booked me the cake decorating course for my birthday and it was a really great experience. I feel like I learnt a lot and definitely feel like I'll have more confidence next time I make a cake. Wow wow wow! My wedding cake was absolutely out of this world! I went for a non-traditional blue cake with two flavours and it not only looked incredible, it tasted amazing. It went down a storm with the guests with everyone saying how fantastic it was. I will definitely be using Birch House Bakery again for future events.

Erin at Birch House Bakery is fantastic. When we first met Erin for a consultation we had a rough idea of what we wanted our wedding cake to look like and she took our ideas and delivered an incredible cake on the day. Her cakes are delicious, especially the carrot cake and spiced ginger & white chocolate cake, we had many compliments from our guests about the flavours. Erin designed and crafted our beautiful wedding cake in July this year. It was absolutely SENSATIONAL. Not only was it the most beautiful and sophisticated wedding cake I've ever seen, it tasted incredible too. Erin was a delight to work with - so responsive and kind. She understood my vision and executed it perfectly. I've told my husband that I'd like a slice of Erin's cake on all our wedding anniversaries to come!
