  • I’ve started training with Trystan a year ago and he is absolutely the best trainer I’ve ever had! He is so friendly and takes great care of you, he even helped me resolve my knee tear by implementing low impact strengthening exercise and I was able to avoid surgery. You can see sustainable results and I would travel across london for these sessions without a question :) I highly recommend him

  • I first started training with Trystan when I was preparing for a 100km charity walk. My training is varied, tough but effective, and never boring! He's also great at adapting my sessions to allow for any injuries I've sustained on some of my crazy endeavours without letting me off with an easier workout. Over time I've lost weight (and more importantly kept it off) and really built up my strength. He certainly knows how to get the best out of you - I can't recommend him highly enough.
