BeXfit classes are such a buzz!! High energy workouts that make you feel great! I always come away feeling that I have worked hard but also had fun. Becky is so positive that she makes me feel like I can achieve anything!!

Becky is amazing! I have always hated going to a Gym as I am not good around people and feel very self-conscious. The main reason I decided to train with Becky is because she brings all her equipment to my house. We make appointments at times that suit both of us. Becky is just great! She comes to my home and we train in my garden or lounge which makes it so convenient for me so I can fit it around work and childcare. She has a whole artillery of equipment and exercises so it never gets boring. Becky really listened to what i wanted to get out of my workouts. Would absolutely recommend

Absolutely amazing PT, always encouraging and supportive. Becky has transformed my way of thinking regarding exercise and health and through her support I am the fittest I have ever been. Most importantly for me is the positive impact training has had on my mental health. Cannot recommend Becky enough xx
